Senior Shalaya Kipp earned her first NCAA Indoor Track and Field All-America honor after she placed seventh in the women's 5,000-meter run on Friday night.

CU will send four athletes to compete at the 2014 NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships, March 14 and 15, in Albuquerque, N.M.

Tennis player Julyette Steur and middle distance runner Jake Hurysz were awarded CU Athlete of the Week on Tuesday for the week of Feb. 24 - March 2.

With NCAA Championship berths on the line at the MPSF Indoor Track & Field Championships on Saturday, Jake Hurysz and Joe Bosshard put everything on the table in the 3,000-meter run and finished with two of the fastest times in the NCAA this season.

The first day of the MPSF Championships got off to a great start for CU with several Buffs picking up points for the team score.

The CU track and field team is prepped for the MPSF Indoor Track & Field Championships Friday and Saturday, February 28-March 1, in Seattle, Wash.
