For the second time in two weeks, senior Alex Kizirian has broken the CU weight throw record, this time with a toss of 70 feet, eight inches.

Four Buffs won their respective events on the first day of the Potts Invite on Friday afternoon.

Alex Kirizian broke his own CU weight throw record on Friday night with a mark of 69 feet, two inches to win the Air Force Collegiate Open.
